Your Language

You can provide your own Privacy and Copyright language or have your attorney prepare or revise it. If you or your attorney provide the language, you allow Clausara to maintain it for your website.

Clausara Templates

You can also choose from the Clausara templates available for your website. You provide any information the template asks for, then review and approve the wording. You can use that language on the website covered by your engagement.

Clausara does not decide what the law requires for your website or choose the legal wording for your circumstances.

Privacy

Clausara maintains the approved language for your Privacy page. When information about your website or its practices changes, you or your attorney can provide updated details for the page.

The information you provide about your website and its practices must be accurate.

Clausara maintains the approved language for your Copyright page. You or your attorney can provide changes to that language during your engagement.

What Happens After Approval

Clausara keeps the latest approved language for each page ready for publication. Changes are made only with your approval. Clausara, its name, or its brand do not appear on either page.
